Kitset Assembly Services of Indiana

Held through Assemblistics Indiana KAS Master LLC

What Kitset does

Kitset Assembly Services is a mobile furniture and product assembly brand, proven across New Zealand and Australia and now expanding into the United States. Trained operators travel to homes and businesses to assemble flat-pack furniture, fitness equipment, and retail products.

The master franchise model

Colorado carried the first US master franchise. Indiana is next. As master franchisee, EggWorks recruits, trains, and supports unit operators across the state, and George will operate up to two units directly to keep the playbook honest.

The Indiana rollout

A 10-year master term covering all 92 Indiana counties. Unit operators are individuals with a vehicle working from home, at a $50,000 entry investment. Low overhead, recurring demand, real ownership.

Venture two

Next acquisition under evaluation.

The second venture will be held to the same five criteria as the first: a proven system, low-overhead units, recurring demand, territory rights, and operator economics. This slot stays empty until something earns it.

The unit footprint

One van. One operator. One county at a time.

The entire unit rolls out of a driveway each morning. That is the overhead story in a single frame.

The platform in motion

How a venture moves through EggWorks.

01

Evaluate

Score the system against the five criteria. Most opportunities stop here.

02

Acquire rights

Secure master or area development rights through a dedicated holding entity.

03

Build

Operate units directly, write the local playbook, and recruit the first operators.

04

Scale

Fill the territory county by county with trained, supported unit owners.

The Indiana territory is being built now. Unit franchises start at a $50,000 entry investment.
